Main Street Tacos - Richmond

This food is located in the back of a liquor store. I was interested in trying the fried avocado. It was good, but it was fried guacamole, not fried avocado. When I saw how dirty the warming pots that they kept the food in, I almost canceled my order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was fair in portion size for the money, but the taste was so bland. Even with the sauces that they provide, it was boring. The chicken Taco was so tiny and worst tasting than the quesadilla. No flavor. I got street corn, and it tasted like corn in lime juice. It had a very little amount of cheese on the top but I couldn't eat it. My order was $18.62 for the items. It's not worth it. Fortunately, I didn't get food poisoning. The girl packing the food was very nice, but that place needs some cleaning! Health Dept. take notice. I will NOT return.

Excellent food for a decent price! Your money will be well spent and you'll go back again ?

Ordered on a whim and the food was amazing! Large order which was 100% accurate, tacos/quesadillas/nachos/churros, etc, everything was DELICIOUS!! Definitely a hidden gem. Only gripe is the guac bites, they were good but definitely too expensive for what you get. Everything else was very reasonably priced so not worried about it lol.

Used to love the food and would come here multiple times a week. But the last few weeks the food has been so so (Im guessing new employees? , the final straw was today when our food was absolutely SWIMMING in oil/grease. Im not talking a little bit greasy, it was flooded out with oil. Assuming the steak was not drained before putting it on the tortillas. Didnt even eat more than 2 bites before calling it quits. Its really sad because this place was a favorite of mine. Wont be coming back until some new employees are hired.
