L.d.’s Cafe - Richmond

I absolutely love dining at this restaurant - everyone is so friendly! It's a fantastic family-owned diner with delicious food and reasonable prices.

My husband and I visited LD's on Sunday. The chicken fried steak was delicious and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes. LD's is an authentic local diner that we really enjoyed. What made our experience even better was when LD himself returned my lost debit card to my bank in Logan. It turns out I had dropped it outside the restaurant and he found it. It's moments like these that make you appreciate small town hospitality. Thank you again, LD!

The wait was quite long at this restaurant. I wish my steak had been more rare. We also placed a takeout order for our other son when our food arrived, but it took a very long time. It seemed like there was something off with the chef, although we're not sure what. Our waitress was incredibly kind, and she is the reason why we gave four stars for atmosphere and service. If it were based solely on her, she would have received five stars. We went for breakfast today. However, my husband ordered pork chops from the dinner menu, and our youngest got a double bacon cheeseburger from the lunch menu. Everything was delicious. The prices have gone up, like everywhere else.

L.D. 'S is a small town jem. We love the family owners and all their hard work providing great food with frendly service in a warm environment. My wife and 90 yr old mother were just having lunch and a friend secretly paid our tab. Good clean frendlyplace.

We went here for one last hoorah with my boy Elder Lee. He gobbled up that sandwich in <5 minutes and said he had never had a better one in his whole life. Elder Lee knows all. For that reason I 10/10 approve of this fine establishment. We appreciatedthe hospitality!
