Nova lox bagel sandwich is to die for. So good and so good for you!

A very nice and clean store. They sell a variety of bagels and can make many types of sandwiches on bagels. Their ham, egg cheese bagel is delicious. Currently, they only have outdoor dining tables, but indoor seating will be available in January, 2024.

This location is awful. Their hours are severely limited. The workers always seem high. The case is always almost near empty. Bagels are cold/tough. Forget about asking them to warm something up, it’s never going to happen. They are going to do the least possible to assist a customer.

Disappointing. I used to love this place. Now they are always out of bagels hours before closing. If you ask to have your bagel toasted they stick in in for 5 seconds and the bagel isn’t toasted and you get it cold. I stopped coming every weekend because I’d always get a cold bagel. I’ve gone back every now and again hoping things would have improved but it just keeps getting worse and worse. I wish I took a picture but they had 15 bagels max, the majority ancient grain and French toast with a few plains. After coming regularly for 8 years I have officially put Einsteins on my never again list.

This shop is filthy! The staff are friendly, but slow and sullen. The place is in dire need of renovation. In the meantime, it needs some serious deep cleaning!
