Chipotle Mexican Grill - Richmond

I've traveled extensively and have always enjoyed Chipotle, but this particular visit was exceptional. I was eager to dig into my bowl when I suddenly realized I didn't have a fork. One of the employees noticed and promptly brought me one. I saw her interacting with customers and genuinely engaging with them, asking how their experience was going. Honestly, this was some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered at Chipotle. Fantastic job! I believe her name was Alicia—she had dark hair and a beautiful smile. I'll definitely stop by Chipotle again when I’m in the area.

The steak burrito was fantastic; I would recommend it to everyone!

I just wanted to thank you as always!! My husband died 8 months ago and today is his birthday. I brought our daughter here because she wanted to eat for Daddy's dinner. I came to the cashier and she had let me know that our meal was in the house. Your excellent customer service here is why we repeat customers week by week. We are not satisfied!! I have eaten at Chipoltes from the coast to the coast and the staff in my hometown shop never stops to surprise. Good work.
