Big J Burgers Richmond

The burgers are incredibly tasty, and the portions of fries are generous. It's a fun spot that captures the essence of "Napoleon Dynamite."

In addition to being an excellent spot for a delicious burger, this place features a counter dedicated to the filming of "Napoleon Dynamite," which took place here. The staff was also very friendly.

More often than not, my experience here has been frustrating! I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep returning, but it’s getting difficult. I ordered combo number 1, and they only gave me the drink and hamburger, with no fries. When I asked about it, they claimed they didn’t include fries as part of the combo. Why did I even receive a drink then? They seemed to think I only ordered the burger and drink. The last time I was here, I found a bug in my salad! This list goes on, and it's so disappointing. I think I’ll take my money elsewhere, to a place that takes responsibility for their mistakes!

Had a big j burger. It was just okay. Maybe it's me. the fresh strawberry jake, on the other hand, is amazing! also the riders are fantastic! pick them up while they are hot!

Their menu has everything. The food is great and the staff is always super nice. This is a great place for a quick bite, a date night, or where you can find something for anyone in the family to eat.
