El Chico Richland Hills

This restaurant is so nicely decorated and so clean. We had a fantastic waiter. He was both friendly and attentive yet very quick and busy. The food was fantastic! I had the avocado enchilada which was gourmet and stuffed to the brim with avocados and mushrooms and Jack cheese. Very good value for the money!

Excellent Tex-Mex food. Looks and tastes great. Dedicated and friendly staff. I've been feeding here for a few years and never disappointed. Good for the whole family. Great space for business meetings in a separate room.

I'm here every Tuesday for a business lunch and the waiting staff are GREAT! Letty, the waitress who takes care of us is absolutely amusing! She knows exactly what I want (sweet tea and hot chips with one side of freshly cut limes) and has it ready when I go in the door. She sees where I sit and has already delivered my usual, custom-off-the-menu, order (complete with guacamole, black beans and fresh jalapenos) already in and with in a few minutes. She is more attentive and ensures that my experience is the best she can do as any 5-star restaurant where I've dined! I visit business meetings in restaurants at least five times a week via the Metro-plex and I rarely order because of the frequency I am in these meetings in restaurants. Letty should really own this place because it is the reason why I save my appetite and breakfast on Tuesday and make it a point for lunch here every Tuesday. Thank you, Letty (and El Chico) for a great culinary experience every Tuesday.

I ate there every weekend for 2.5 years and then a few times a year for the last 6 years, each meal was GREAT!! never had a bad meal or bad service, always was TOPS with me. I want to say that my good choice that made it big, but no, it was her. I noticed that some rebuilds had been done in the dinning room, not so crazy about it, but the food and service was still Top Notch.

So a great experience tonight!!! Great staff. Jenny is always a favorite. Clowns were there to make balloon art for the children. Great drinks specialties and cannot beat the price - especially as a family of 6.
