Taco Bell - Richland Center

Entire staff needs fired. Most disrespectful people I've ever seen in my life. Corporate needs to get involved and shut this place down and start from scratch. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!! Stop supporting the horrible people here, stop ordering food here and maybe something will finally change when their profits disappear. We live in a small town with very few options for a quick meal and we deserve better.

Good food, I think they were understaffed when we went there. It took awhile for the food. The cashier didn't smile or say thank you and kind of seemed annoyed taking our order.

F the bell and kfcThis place was absolutely awful! Service was terrible and waited at least 30 minutes for food we never got! ! thought this was fast food? We didn't get our money back either and I didn't get my biscuit! I tried talking to them, but they yelled at me and they were very disrespectful! They would pick up the phone and hang up on us! They acted like they didn't want to be there, awful attitudes! Our food was cold and there wasn't any meat in our supposedly delicious food! It was trash! i do not recommend this place! Go to subway! #eat fresh 4L ??????????? hope you liked my review because it is completely accurate!!! If you want me to come back I suggest you fix something or my amazing friends and I aren't coming back.

Taco bell has always been my go to late night food. However, I just recently moved to the Richland center area. Was super happy there was a taco bell....now I'm not so happy. What the hell kind of people work here? I went there at 11:00. Mind you it says you close at 12:00. All the lights were on but not a single person to be seen. Drive ahead to the drive through window they're just fing sitting their IGNORING customers. Where I used to live the taco bell was open when it said it was going to be open. And mind you, you will have bad workers, but this issue needs to be fixed. Whatever young man was in there either needs to be retrained or you guys need new employees. You're paying you're employees to sit there,instead of making money. I had three cars behind me also waiting to order. But your loss I guess. Guess I might have to find a different taco bell and take the 45 minute extra drive from now on ?‍ im also contemplating filing a complaint with corporate ?‍ I don't recommend this taco bell. Ps- If you file a complaint you have to go to KFCs website. Since it's a joint taco bell.
