Absolutely Pathetic service. The Cashier was the most Rude person I have dealt with. The store was quite UT as I stated the service was Horrendous We had to wait to give our order although there were no Customers all because the Cashier needed to take her time to walk to the Till and to top ot off the Cashier has a Hearing problem. Went for ice cream as we always do on a sunday. Wanted to get nice creamy soft serve seeing as steers are well known for their creamy soft serve and dips....was super disappointed to get the worst ice cream ever. It was ice water covered with dip that most probably expired last year. My cildren and i couldn't eat it. We had to throw it away. Meal type: Other

Waited more than 45 minutes for just a kiddies meal

Service not great, food always great....Guess we need to go 50/50
