Culver's - Rice Lake

We decided to return the sandwich, and the young man named Josh was incredibly helpful. He quickly arranged for a new order to be made. The second sandwich was decent, but still not up to the usual standard. The onion rings were improved, though. My deluxe sandwich was also somewhat cold, but I ate it anyway. It’s frustrating to pay high prices for food that doesn’t meet expectations. A special shout-out to Josh—what an outstanding employee! We observed him taking orders, assisting customers, and even running orders out to diners outside. It was impressive to see him actually running! You need more employees like him who truly go above and beyond!

The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and everything at Culver's is top-notch. I have no doubt that Culver's is the best fast food restaurant in Rice Lake. I’m giving it 4 stars simply because they don’t offer delivery. As soon as they do, they’ll earn 5 stars!

First time eating there I live in PA, visiting family, but that was the best burger I ever had for fast food. Love it.

This restaurant is quick, but it's far from a fast-food joint. The food is outstanding, and the service is both friendly and efficient. I frequently eat here; it's a fantastic spot for a meal while shopping in the area.
