Adventures Pub - Rice Lake

Service was absolutely extraordinary. I couldn't survive how friendly and helpful every single employee was. We'd come back alone. It was really great. The food was delicious. Deserts are huge and oh so good. The wild turtle cake is the dream of a chocolate lover. I really liked that it was just sweet. Most deserts are sugar bombs, but this was perfect. Just the right sweet and not overwhelming. The burgers were on the dry side and even though they were very good, they really fade compared to the deserts. The hot crushed baby red potatoes were really delicious I just wish it had been a bit more of this wonderful cream above. One thing I really liked was to get a fresh glass with a fresh lemon wedge when the waitress refilled our water. It was something special I noticed. The entire restaurant also glittered clean, which we had appreciated very much. Overall, the experience was excellent. We will definitely be back when we get back to the area.

The servers were so nice. It wasn't too loud. The best part was the steak. It was amazing. The best steak I had all year round. If you only count restaurants, it's the best steak I had in several years. 10/10 would come back. Thank you. Edit: I had the steak with the parmesian crust on it, but the steak itself would have been super tasty w/o it.

Heidi was our waitress and she treated our group of 10 with ease. She even knew the Fever reference when she ordered my beer. She was prompt and so nice to our group. We're going back. The Lumberjack was great and our appetizers too. Everyone had good food.

Amazing lent fish menu. The pecan crusted tilapia with dijon cream sauce is my favorite. The trout with dill sauce is also brilliant. Local beef and bisonburgers are delicious. Thanks Heidi and Whitney for good service. Eddie, Lindsay, Sam and his father are great chefs!

I placed a takeout order today; the salads and corn chowder were delicious (as always). Other menu favorites in my house include burgers, Friday night fish fry, and the wild rice meatloaf. Staff is always friendly. The restaurant is one of my favorite local places--so cozy and comfortable. My out-of-state parents and in-laws always request an Adventures meal and beer flight when they are visiting.
