The Wing Experience - Reynoldsburg

If you ever had hamburger day back in elementary school, that's what these burgers remind me of. They taste like a bland frozen patty on a brioche bun. And if you notice the fries are crinkle cut, be warned, they are definitely not. Save your money and go to Wendy's for a better burger.

I placed an online order 2 hours before my pick up time. Unfortunately, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food past the pick up time. The food was cold and the burger I ordered was only a 3 out of 10. I got the two for Tuesday deal, paying $7 for two burgers. If I had paid $7 for just one of these burgers, it would have been the worst ripoff ever. I suggest saving your money and avoiding this restaurant.

Very displeased with the service. Ordered through Uber, so expected the food to be lukewarm. Upset that I ordered the classic cheeseburger and the restaurant did not put cheese on it. How do you mess up your CLASSIC??? I ordered a sweet tea and received unsweetened tea. I also paid .50 for a side of chipotle mayo and they did not give that to me either. The kitchen staff really dropped the ball.

Food was excellent, service was even better. Kudos to Bobby!!!
