O'charley's Restaurant Bar

Our waitress was great and the food was good, although we waited an hour and they were not busy. But the hostesses have no sense of urgency. Go in a snail step while on their phones and ignore people who go. One even told another client that she had no idea what was going on and why she was just there?

The food and customer service was amazing. I really enjoyed my meal after having to wait in 2 other restaurants. We let one come here without waiting and eating.

Service was good and food tasted good, only disappointed with portions. Not sure if the sub-sizes changed with inflation, but I would rather pay a little more for decent shares. Do you have the catfish, and it had five or six catfish nuggets that most resemble a fillet. I usually get the Cajun chicken pasta and the portion size is (what? really good. Are you hungry?

The food was great, it was hot and delicious! The service was excellent. Ireland, our server, took care of us so much and there were 13 of us, she was very friendly and funny to talk to. She had everything from drinks and refills to remember exactly what we all ordered. It was a great experience!

I have been to O Charley's a couple of times and was not impressed. So I did not go back for a while. The last two times that I have gone, it was a better experience. The food was good and the service was excellent. The only complaint I had is the fact that I went there to get their catfish dinner. The first thing the waitress stated was they had no catfish. So I was definitely disappointed since I had to order something else that I wasn't expecting. But the entree was fine. I left happy.
