Chipotle Mexican Grill - Reynoldsburg

Manager Tim oversees a highly positive and efficient restaurant. When we arrived, there was a long line, but it moved quickly as they filled online orders. Every employee was quick and efficient, and their work was thorough. The team members were also very friendly and upbeat. We will definitely be visiting this Chipotle more often!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, thanks to the great service provided by the front-of-house team and their leader, Mariana and Evelin. I particularly appreciate how clean and organized the food area is, and they always ensure I receive the correct portions for what I've paid. Among all the Chipotle locations I've visited around Columbus, this one in Westerville stands out as the best. Please keep the morning team in place, as I’ve noticed that the evening service isn’t as strong. The lunchtime team truly excels. Kudos to the morning team—you’re doing an amazing job!
