We enjoyed a beer tasting in this brewery. it was the best I experienced, much great beer accompanied by an interesting story of alcohol lessons on the island.

Easily the best brewery tour I 've ever been on. We did their, Taste the Sagas brewery tour and it was a lot of fun. Not only was our Guide incredibly nice but they were very accommodating with how much beer they give you! (No Joke... it was AWESOME). Beyond that they of course give you a history lesson on how Beer was not allowed to be served in bars up until the 1980 's and how they had something called, Beer Substitute instead. Pretty awesome and I would definitely do the tour again if I am ever in Iceland again!

But there are no tours now, there are many information in an interesting environment.

Oilgerðin is a large brewery and has quality products. I tested all oilgerðins drinks and products. I recommend boli, because it is a great mood and the taste is incredible, real beer! many thanks to xoxo
