No one answered me when I tried speaking to them and they continued to ignore me. There is no customer service at this location and employees don't seem to care. I've been a manager in the food service industry for 20 years, im going straight to corporate with this.
Pretty much like every subway. Serving little food for an expensive price on sandwiches...This one I don't like. They act like we don't know the menu. My sandwiches always have very little meat and I have to get extra meat to be charged the extra. Serious Bull I'd say.
Found a fake eyelash or piece of brush in my sandwich!!!! Disgusting!!!!
Store associate an old Spanish lady is so rude she don’t know at all how to provide a good customer service to a customer . I did online 2 footlong tuna subs . And I ask her not to put green pepper and onion on one of my sub which is forgot to mention in my order and she start scolding and said I know my work let me do my work . And she ask me to be quite . I will never ever go to that store again in my life .
Ordered a $10 foot-long sandwich with Sweet Onion Sauce (the one only reason I like Subway). I then immediately CALLED the restaurant to confirm the sauce and to please add extra on the side. Drove 15 minutes for curbside pickup during a rainstorm. When I got back home 20 minutes later, my sandwich had no sauce whatsoever and nothing on the side. Chicken, lettuce, and bread. When I called and asked for a refund, she said she can only ask me to drive back in the storm to get the sauce. Even if I considered such a ridiculous request, by the time I got home my food would have been beyond cold. Contacted corporate. They did nothing but say “we’ll tell our team, and see you soon!” I could say more about that, but just DON’T go to Subway, especially this one. Go to Potbelly’s instead.
