Wayback Burgers - Reno

The burger was delicious, although there was a bit of a wait due to how busy they were. The food was high quality and the menu had some unique options.

The food was alright and my order was accurate and cooked properly. The staff was friendly, but the fountain drinks (3 different types of soda) were flat and the cups had too much ice in them. I would recommend skipping this place as it's not really worth it. Food rating: 2 out of 5.

To top off the experience, I ordered a chocolate banana shake with strawberries added. Usually, people mess up shakes like this, but not this time. The ice cream was creamy and rich, with a hint of vanilla. The combination of chocolate, banana, and strawberry reminded me of home down south. I highly recommend trying it out. The staff at Way Back Burger were fantastic, with smiles all around. There was a new employee who was a bit shy but very respectful - be sure to let him know he's doing a great job, along with the rest of the team. The service was quick and efficient - despite 8 people in front of me, I had my food in just 10 minutes and 26 seconds. Please remember to tip your servers, even in fast food restaurants. They are there because they want to be, not because they have to. Be kind, be loving, and enjoy a delicious meal at Way Back Burger.

Customer Service is terrible!! Management is very rude so aren’t the employees too!!
