Taco Bell - Reno

I maybe order about once a week from here on my way home and the soda always taste bad the staff is always so rude!!!! I just picked up my dinner and again they gave me a medium when I was charged for a large the Sierra Mist taste like bad carbonated soda water.

I'm always I'm always surprised at how good these service is at this place when the service at other fast food restaurants is really bad. And they're always in a good mood on the speaker system when you order outside.

Must change the posted hours. it will be open until 3:30 on Saturday. he was there at 2:40 and they were already closed. the hired went around to clean the kitchen.

Gave me a quarter of my food then when I called to get a refund they hung up on me, how many people does it take to make frozen food ? More than 3 Apparently. they obviously aren’t all there

I ordered food from door dash from here and I specified that everything was vegetarian. All my food came with meat! And none of the modifications on my order were correct. I contacted the store and they said they 're training new people ....really it 's not that hard to distinguish beans from beef. I don 't get to eat my lunch now and I 'm livid. Horrible service from the manager too...gave me the wrong number for doordash too. I work in the service industry too and this is absolutely ridiculous. Do better and maybe don 't hire complete idiots to work for you.
