Steak 'n Shake - Reno

Well my burger and shake were scrumptious as always but I had to approach the manager just to get a glass of water and to eventually get my order too. Wasn’t even busy and was never acknowledged once she sat me. So with that said, thank you to the amazing management who took excellent care of me!!

We got the #1 and #2 combos, the double cheeseburger and a single cheeseburger with their famous shoestring French fries at the South Meadows location. Both burgers were perfectly hand-patted and were spot on delicious, juicy, and piping hot! French fries were hot, crispy, and yummy! Ice-cold, refreshing Diet Coke washed it all down nicely! Sure wished they had a shady spot outside, like a couple trees or an awning. (We ate in the jeep. Five Stars, nonetheless!

Drive thru only these days, but there is outdoor seating if you don't want to sit on your car. Staff was friendly and food was good.
