Sonic Drive-in - Reno

Extreme wait times. Forgot our slush. Told us the machine was down after I got food and there was no drink. They didn't even try to replace the beverage. Gave us pickle fries and not the hotdogs we ordered. I ordered ahead of time online and wasn't able to leave with my food for 30 mins. Either they need to start paying enough to actually employ people or fire whatever management they have or both to clean that place up.

Kind of hard to rate the atmosphere in your own vehicle! The service is always prompt and helpful. Food is also consistently good.

Young lady kept saying they didnt get my order. Wouldnt look at my receipt and left me waiting for 15 minutes. A young man finally helped and found it had only printed the first four letters of my name. She had a bad attitude and her refusal to look caused all my food to be cold and the pretzels were hard I didnt even eat them. While I realize its hard to tell onions and cheese should go on the chili dog common sense should be enough to know not to put them on the French fries. When youre unsure put them on the side. I wont be ordering from here ever again. Mainly due to that young ladies attitude and unwillingness to help her customer. The young man was very helpful but it doesnt change the fact that my food I was cold and my pretzels were not edible!

This Sonic location always gets it right! thank you!

For fast eating it was delicious. fast in the drive thru, good was hot, people were friendly. I never had a bad experience here.
