Round Table Pizza - Reno

We had delivery, the delivery person was very nice, if thats any indication of how the resturant is 100%, the pizza was awsome, cooked correctly and delivered hot. I will be ordering soon from them.

DEFINITELY needs new management/manager! This location gives Round Table a bad name.Also, if you notice the majority of the people who recently gave this place a 5 star review only have less than a handful of reviews ever posted on Google. The first time we came to this location was after our move to Reno during covid. They were absolutely BEYOND RUDE and disrespectful to my five year old son. I NEVER wanted to go back. We gave them a second chance a year later since friends were in town and wanted to go there it was decent.Today was the last straw. Around 5:45 I phoned to place an order for pick up. The lady told me that if I signed up for texts I can get 10% off the next order. I asked her if she could cancel the order and claim the 10% on this one. After waiting ~3 minutes while she asked the manager, she returned and said they said no and there 's no other coupons I could use. Right after, she asked would you like to cancel the order? Nothing else. She was very nice but sadly, IMO, was not given any direction other than no from the manager. When I was waiting on hold I noticed their website had 15% off my FIRST order if I signed up with my email. I told her I was able to find a coupon but yes, please cancel my order. She said ok, have a good evening. I am beyond shocked at their non existent customer service skills. If this is an example of where AI could make a huge difference, it would be a perfect one.Never, would I ever recommend this location to anyone.

Pizza was mostly crust, ingredients were only in the middle. It was not their normal

Order here once or twice a week. Nails the classic round table taste (zestier than most competitor franchisees, if you've never had Round Table before) and never have a problem with parking or long waits. Lots of seating and sectioned areas of the restaurant for parties or large groups. Over the 15 years or so I've been in the area and visiting this location I've never had an incorrect order, payment issue, or any other problems.Vegetarian options: Salad bar, veggie pizza optionsWheelchair accessibility: Wide opening door, no steps, access from parking lot (though not many handicap spaces near this section of parking lot)

I love the small of garlic as I walk up. I’m hooked. A favorite go-to for my family in the NW for pizza.
