Roberto's Taco Shop - Reno

Red sauce was bland and cool. Tasted like ketchup with some spice. Beans were good. Tacos were very good. A bit pricey but what place isn't now? Worth checking out!Food: 4/5

They make a burrito the way it should be made with carne Asada cheese, and guacamole. You’d think that this kind of burrito would be easy to make, trust me when I say it isn’t. Been all over the U.S. and Canada. Outside of Mexico this is one of my favorite places for burritos. The fish tacos are great as well. Roberto‘s is always great no matter which location I go to.

Food was horrible and messy hurried and not wrapped properly the back on my burrito was awful tasted like a the day old fridge that was unplugged ugh and drive thru took almost 40minz bad serviceFood: 1/5

Unfortunately visited this place multiple times for weeks. Everytime asked for clarification on ingredients in the beans as well as the guacamole.Everytime we were told that there is NO lard in beans , and NO dairy in the guacamole. Which in fact was FALSE. My fiancé has been very unwell for weeks and we were confused as to why. SHE IS EXTREMELY ALLERGIC TO DAIRY PRODUCTSDue to the misinformation she has been to the hospital and bed ridden.Will be moving forward legally.Be careful if you have food allergies and eat here!!!!

Went here this evening for a quick meal and go myself a veggie burrito which was really good but also a chicken quesadilla. To say the least I am incredibly disappointed. This quesadilla wasn’t cooked all the way through to the point were I could still pull apart the tortilla and see the cheese pattern where it still flaked… like the point of the quesadilla is for the cheese to be completely melted where everything can still stay together without much fall out. I essentially got a bake yourself at home quesadilla which is what I will be doing. For the price of the chicken quesadilla I expect better. Other than that the food what decent and still better then Del Taco.
