Red Lobster - Reno

The service was excellent on a rainy evening. There was no wait, and the food was delicious. They even made my birthday extra special.

I made a reservation for priority seating as we were headed to a concert and didn't want to be late. The service was outstanding! The food arrived promptly, allowing us to make it to our event on time. I ordered the special featuring salmon, shrimp skewer, and lobster, accompanied by delicious Brussels sprouts. The salmon and lobster were perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

We had to flag down the manager to be seated and waited 20 minutes without water or a server. The manager was friendly and took our order, but unfortunately my friend's clam chowder was unavailable. I tried two more dishes, but they were excessively salty. My friend also found them too salty to eat. I used to love Red Lobster and visited frequently with my mother, but the quality has declined. I hope it returns to its former glory.

The employees are polite, especially our waiter blake. blake is professional, attentive, but not transmitted.

Our experience at Red Lobster was superb. Kind happy servers. Excellent food. Great service. Always !!
