Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Reno

The Chicken Sandwich is back, and this is the second time I've had it this week. The restaurant was very busy during Saturday lunchtime, with some customers complaining about the long wait times. My order didn't take too long, but I noticed that it looked different from the one I had a few days ago. It seems like they may need to improve their managerial skills to handle busy periods more effectively. Despite this, the taste was still good!

The Flounder Sandwich was excellent. The bun was soft, the flounder filet was hot and crispy, and the pickles provided a nice crunch. Overall, this fish sandwich was great, I would give it 4 stars! The lobby was closed, but the drive-thru was quick. The employees were polite. And the Mac and Cheese was exceptional! I loved it!

We tried the blackened chicken with sides and it was delicious. I would definitely return to this restaurant. I just wish Popeyes would bring back the chocolate baguette because it was really tasty.

Was very good, orders from the app to pickup through drive thru since we were traveling. Quick and didn't disappoint.

The restaurant is still not opening their dining room, using the pandemic as an excuse which is quite lame. This decision is causing long lines and wasting the time of customers who just want to come in and get their food. The staff here are just careless youngsters who do not seem to care at all.
