Mcdonald's - Reno

Ordered a chicken sandwich. burnt bun, no sauce or other fillings. $8 for it, a drink and a couple of frying? please avoid this location based on other reviews I have seen, this is the worst mcdonald’s in the opposite.

The girl in the pay window a few minutes ago did not look at me and had a terrible attitude. when she returned my card, did I not say anything because of her customer service and then she cried out the window “you are welcome!”???????????????? I'm sorry I didn't thank them for less than mere minimal basic human friendliness. bwahahahahahahahahahaha.

Although apparently undermined; this shift has made quite the effort to handle the busy drive-thru orders as they sell as walkable customers. I waited no more than a minute after my order! grately! small

I ordered black coffee in the late morning and then made fresh. therefore we have chosen mcd’s. they have opened dining room. we had a place to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been Out of all Reno in sparks area. I feel like this place should be shut down. Some of the staff who work here I think can work on their customer service but but I also need to add that every single McDonald facility has different rules and regulations and nobody follows them. Every time that I make an order I'm always told something different at every single location and this is the one location that is always different from everywhere else even when I physically ask.Other than the poor customer service the food put together is very sloppy at every time that I get a to go order I'm always missing something from it.. I also feel like this location is at the bottom of the barrel and is not upkept with customer service. They always claim that they give the best service every time I go in there but half the time the staff is so young they can care less whether or not they give customer service or actually give everything that was ordered. I can honestly say I don't believe I'm the only one with these opinions.
