Little Caesars Pizza - Reno

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff is often chatting in the back while customers wait, and they never answer the phone when customers try to place an order. On my last visit, I called in my order and waited for 40 minutes, only to find out they had given my order to someone else and then claimed they had already served me. They need a responsible manager in charge, not an irresponsible child who needs constant supervision.

In summary, I ordered the extra best pizza and was not satisfied with it. I asked for it to be remade, but the arrogant employee behind the counter argued with me about the technical aspects of the pizza. They refused to remake it and simply told me to have a good day. After this experience, I will most likely not be returning to any Little Caesars locations.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Little Caesar's! We ordered and waited in line for over 45 minutes, and our order sat on a rack for most of that time. To make matters worse, half of the staff were chatting instead of attending to their duties. They should all be fired and new employees should be hired!

This place is so müll. they have never prepared warm and finished pizzas. I went in very hungry ready to devote a pizza, just to be turned and be told that if I wanted a pizza, it would wait for over 25 minutes. I went over the road to pizza plus, more expensive, but actually worth waiting. when buying their planning of small zeasars, I do not recommend this for and when u go, make sure they have called up and made a special for them.

Pizza from this Little Ceasars is always good, although sometimes it is different. I also like the fun pin ball game, I have won free breadsticks a couple of times! Pizza is great for the price, thanks Little Caesar’s.
