I placed a simple order for three of the same item, but when I received my order at the window, I realized they had given me the wrong tacos. I went inside to ask for a correction and was met with skepticism from the staff, who insisted on checking my bag and receipt. To my dismay, not only did I receive the wrong food, but I was also charged incorrectly for it. Despite returning the incorrect tacos, I was not given the correct order or a refund. I ended up paying $40 for three bean burritos and a side of beans and rice that were too salty to eat. I was very disappointed with the service, but decided not to cause a scene due to the fact that one of the employees was pregnant. I will be contacting corporate to report this incident.
Meh. Wasn’t really Mexican, wasn’t really texmex. It was okay. I was able to avoid a ton of carbs so that’s good.Dietary restrictions: Low carb was doable
I ordered through the drive-through, and I ordered 6 chicken tacos and a large Dr. Pepper. She asked me twice what I wanted. When I got to the window, she hands me my box and says, Have a nice day. I then asked her what about the LG Dr. Pepper? She says, I didn 't hear that, I said ok, can I get one, please, she say you have to pay for it, I say ok that 's fine. I 'm back at work, I have 6 beef tacos, not chicken like I ordered? ? you would think for $14+change they 'd at least get something on my order right. Tried to call, they won 't answer the phone!
If you ate at one jimboys you have eaten at them all and you know what you're gonna get. It's a cookie cutter restaurant. Down to the food. Service. Style and atmosphere. I'm sure each restaurant may have tiny differences. But not by much. So it's hard to review this type of restaurant.
Soo good all the time. Clean bathrooms and pleasant staff. Definitely will return!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.
