This is a great spot! They serve a delicious Italian sandwich, and their cheese steak is tasty as well.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant if you're in a hurry or just looking for a quick lunch. My sandwich took nearly 30 minutes to prepare, and the person at the grill was making other sandwiches that were ordered after mine. The staff appeared to be disorganized. To top it off, my sandwich had absolutely no flavor.

I ordered a large turkey and Swiss sandwich and requested oil, vinegar, and seasonings. I wasn't paying close attention while it was being made. When I went to eat it, I discovered that it was completely soaked in oil, creating a huge puddle on the paper. I called the store to ask if they could remake it, but I was told that was their standard procedure and nothing could be done. I then asked to speak to the manager, and the person I spoke with claimed he was the manager. I went back to the counter, showed them the sandwich, and reiterated that I spoke to the manager. The man I spoke to insisted he was the manager and said he hadn't spoken to anyone else. He even admitted he wouldn’t eat the sandwich himself – ironic, since he had made it! This was my first experience at this restaurant, and I certainly will not be returning.

I got the number 19 off the hidden menu because Kyle the worker recommended it and it was super good and my son always gets the number 7 and he never goes wrong with Turkey and provolone. Super good sub shop highly recommend, Erika Kyle and ilex and Dakotawere super nice and helpful!

Sooo good meat was made perfect best 10/10 philly i had in awhile highly recommend.
