Jack In The Box - Reno

My wife and I didn’t feel like cooking, so we decided to use a couple of coupons we had for Jack in the Box. It was standard fast food, but it was still hot when we got it home. The spicy curly fries are amazing! We’re not huge fast food fans, but the location was clean and the manager was friendly.

The staff at this restaurant seem to lack competence. I can't remember the last time they got my order or drink correct. It's frustrating! How difficult can it be? If you choose to work in this industry, you'd expect them to get at least one order right. I recommend checking your food and drinks before leaving because there’s a guaranteed chance they'll mess something up, even with the simplest orders.

This is my go-to restaurant! I only have 30 minutes for lunch, and the drive-thru is quick. The food is fresh, and the staff, especially Siena at the drive-thru, are polite and professional. It’s the only place I visit for tacos.

I went through the drive through at around 5pm on Monday July 25th 2022 and it was most well put together sandwich I?ve gotten from anywhere since before the pandemic began. Everything was excellent for what you?d expect from a fast food chain.

They didn't put napkins in the bag. Also the fries were cold. I asked the guy at the drive thru for a receipt and he said no paper. Same excuse as the one on on Pyramid and Los Altos Pkwy. How lazy can you be? I want a call from the district managerfrom this Jack in the Box.
