Ihop - Reno

Ihop used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered a steak omelet, which was mainly carrots and eggs. I asked to talk to a manager and the manager was very rude. I will not go back. it made my mother's day mad.

From the 4 restaurants that were visited during the stay, this restaurant had the fastest service. customer service skills were excellent. the casino restaurants were very slow. the breakfast was very delicious after eating the casino food.

Service was excellent and friendly. her big steak omlet had changed to a floor steak when I went on, they gave me a side of steak.

Sat at a weekend with a series of family and was supervised by a very courteous and attentive staff. I would recommend it very much.

I have been wanting IHop since I spent 3 weeks in the hospital. It was wonderful. I had a spinach omelette with mushrooms.
