Del Taco - Reno

While the food is good in the NW Reno store. The staff does not seem to be concerned with food costs. I picked up a combo #9 today and was given 17 packets of mild sauce... has that sunk in 17 packets of sauce for a burrito and a taco. I used more than normal because they were there but still have 11 packets remaining which will go where? The garbage can.

Your location was extremely busy for 2 people on a Friday night. I deliver for Doordash and witnessed how other customers were acting for long wait times. Your 2 employees deserve a raise for keeping positive attitudes. Great job team

Order was completely wrong. Asked for no tomatoes on my burger, got tomatoes. Didn't get my drink either ????. Poor burger looked sad too. I was really looking forward to the burger, etc and it was a huge disappointment.

Teri and Alyssia at the NW Reno location on N. McCarran Blvd are truly the best! These two ladies are incredibly friendly and professional and always go above and beyond for me and others every time I see them. The food, including The Del Taco and Crinkle Cut Fries, is delicious and made with care. A special thank you to Teri, Alyssia, and the crew at NW Reno DelTaco!
