Burger Me! - Reno

My wife and I went in today and were the only ones. Our order contained a burger I ordered to be cooked well. I didn't even get it boiled to a medium. I could understand that if they were busy.

Pretty good burgerries. Not the best in Reno, but it's up there. Drop a star for the service. The guy at the front seemed like he was ready to quit after 15 minutes of the place.

I got the iceburger here and it was so good. My husband got the bison and that was even better. He also has the onion rings and I think they were the best I ever had.

I enjoy burgers, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. I'll go with my wife when we get here. My only drawback is that the seat is often quite dirty. I get this, the males make a mess, but it could use deeper cleaning more often to feel hygienic for eating.

3 stars for service, 1 star for cleanliness, restrooms were so dirty my wife felt sick. Dining room floor was a mess. Had to clean table before we ate. 3.5 stars for food. Was not cooked to order. However the onion rings were the best I've ever had. Service was not to bad, my wife asked to sample a beer and was looked at as if she was crazy. She did finally get the sample. And ordered that beer. The soda and condiment stations were a mess. Servers and or workers were all standing around doing nothing. We will not return now will we recommend this spot to anyone. Sorry to say I'm very disappointed overall.
