TH is balancing its business between in-store and drive-through. D-T is more profitable so in-store suffers. The lack of open order desks causes people to line up; OK fine, but there is no defined 'tunnel ' for the line in an already crowded space. The order-pickup system is orderly but I wonder why the in-store order takes longer than waiting in the car. All told eating in-store makes me feel like a chicklet in a board game!
