Mcdonald's - Renfrew

20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. the woman who served was crawling and not polite. dirty, the staff went over. too busy with the drive. 10 people standing inside, waiting for their commands. fast eating was too slow to eat.

I went to this McDonalds tonight and when I arrived at the window she says try this to tell me if it is Diet Coke. I was like I’ll drink either it is ok as I only drink a few sips anyways. Anyhow I was in a hurry as I had to play ball. Hadn’t eaten. All dayLeave start to eat fries they are burnt oh well whatever I am hungry. Then I open the chicken burger it is so old dry and cold with about 1/4cup of mayo slipped onTried to call 4x to complain. No answer machine keeps picking up1030 on my way home I tried to call again no answer. So I went to drive thruSpoke to manager. So nice she apologized and said she’d give money back. I had hit the wrong account. I proceeded to tell her I hit the wrong account she said well it went through. I was like oh maybe I didn’t.Low and behold I come home to check nope didn’t get my money back and of course they don’t answer the phone yet again.

Friendly service, however even with a mobile pickup order ahead of arriving, the order still wasn't ready when we went in. Not quite fast food with over 10 minutes of a wait.

Open 24 hrs and staff are very friendly helpful and extremely courteous. It's also been renovated including the driver now offering lanes. I was very impressed and the food was piping hot extremely tasty. I will be back, I mean, come on it is McDonald's you can't stay away for long.

I like the Pembroke McDonalds, but consistency is an on going issue. Still 4/5, but this time the iced coffee wasn't made that well. Maybe it's in my head. Overall good job. Staff was super nice.
