The Park Carvery - REDLAND BAY

Actually , we went to go to Vespa, but there not there anymore, so decided to come here and was pleasantly surprised .

One of my favorite places in Brisbane, especially since they've completed the renovation.

Always get great takeaway from the park carvery, great seafood snacks and roast meat sandwiches, great value..

The carvery has all the normal foods that carveries have but you ask for a roast sandwich and you get 1 very thin layer of meat which to me isnt really enough and if you get a pork sandwich you get the smallest piece of crackling . The hot food seams to be overcooked and hard around the edges i dont know if its because its been sitting for a while but not very impressive when the foods are like that.

A roast meat carvery in a mall food court. I tried the roast beef sandwich. Large, well filled roast beef with good gravy. Good price as well. Recommended. Pleasant efficient staff.
