Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe have found Hugo's just recently after moving to Red Oak during the summer. 90% of their menu items for lunch and dinner are very very good! But, their breakfast menu they are trying to promote on the weekends is highly lacking. Just yuck. ???? Sidenote, really good Frozen Margaritas drinks mixed ???????? and they are reasonably priced. All the staff are really very nicewith most are well trained, like Rose! There are a few newbies who are really struggling but I'm sure they will catch on soon.??
I would not recommend at all. We are new to the area and went here to get dinner to go. We orders 2 entree (steak+ a baked potato and a big burrito with beans and rice) we paid over $50 and only got the steak with no sides and an enchilada that wedidn?t order. The staff was drinking while they worked and our order was taken by a child. I would never spend my money hereagain ????????
The staff is very friendly. Food has been wonderful. The price may be a little more than other places, but it is worth the value for portions and taste. Has a full bar with very good drinks. Definitely a place worth going back to often. Also startingto serve breakfast there sat sun.
Got fajitas tonight. They weren't bad honestly. But I have concerns... Didn't get salsa with the chips instead got this bean dip thing, and chopped up hotdog! Now maybe i don't know what I don't know but no thanks to that. Won't be back
Friday busy evening here after hearing great things about this place. Hugo?s failed to meet my expectations sadly. They offer Mexican/Tex-mex favorites and are pretty affordable with entrees ranging from $10-20 each. They even have pork tamales on themenu. Ordered the steak fajitas with an a?la carte enchilada. For the enchiladas, they offer whatever type of sauce you couldwant, from tomatillo to Chile con carne. The steak fajita was the only reason I gave 2 stars as it was so tender and juicy thatmy mother who is missing half of her teeth was able to enjoy the steak effortlessly. Between mom and I, we had beef, cheese, andchicken enchiladas- all which were very bland and had over cooked tortillas (hard). The rice and refried beans were not good atall either, and they do not offer black beans. The chips and salsa was decent and served in some beautiful carafe type dish. Wesat in Anayale?s section in the busy restaurant and the service was not great. After receiving the wrong order and informing herthat the order was incorrect, we were met with a ?uh, let me take some orders from the other tables and I?ll be back?. Shedidn?t come back for a little bit and then finally we received the correct order, but by that time my food was alreadydemolished. Not sure if she was caught off guard by the mix-up or what, but an apology for the mix up would?ve went a long way.Either way, if you?re in town, there are far better Mexican restaurants to try.
