Domino's Pizza - Red Oak

I ordered my family dinner at 7:30 these people called me at 8:50 saying they are unable to fulfill my order. No coupons or anything were offered for the inconvenience. The lady kept saying “you will get a full refund” Uhmm I know I will because I didn’t get my food! Trash service on a day I am feeling under the weather and can’t cook. Now at 9pm I had to go out to get my kids dinner. #neveragain

App said my order was ready thru drive up and still had to wait 10 minutes

THE WORST DOMINOS!! They said they deliver my food I check outside and THERE IS NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL. I walk to the side walk look around AND NOTHING!!! I call several times trying to get someone to answer my call. FINALLY Zach answers and says well the driver says they went to the right house. Obviously not since I am staring out my door and there is nothing on my porch! Zach casually offered to refund which I am thankful For but sounded as it this happens a lot. They didn’t offer to send me a new order or anything. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION. I’ve had bad encounters there and just brushed it off until now.

Omg! I ordered online and in 20 seconds it told me Zachary worked on my order and I could go to the store. I did it and my order was HOT READY! I had watched the commercials and hoped it was good and believe it was WAS! The service was great and the staff was friendly. Although I had to drive, it was worth it!

Darrel even went out to help me wear my drink and close my car door for me. they were all great up there!!! Everyone sees a taste amazing!!!
