When I went to scan the Subway app to collect points, I was told the guy working used his own Subway app and already collected the points. I was not happy about that because it was a lot of money I was spending and obviously would like to be rewarded with the points I was earning on such a big purchase. I asked if he could cancel his scanned card and use mine. I was laughed at and told no. It was very upsetting and can't believe the employees are allowed to do this? Long story short, do not give business to these crooks. Who treats customers that way? Still can't believe it
Just had a younger worker tell my friend to tell me that I should apply at subway to learn how to make my sub myself at home so he wouldn’t have to in the future. Not a crazy demand to ask for bacon extra crispy I don’t think. Kind of shocked he’d actually say that. Good sub though.

I witnessed a female manager (possibly even the owner) being very disrespectful towards a new employee right at the front cash register. She had no issue belittling the poor guy infront of anyone in ear shot. She treated him like a child and was giving him some kind of quiz? The trainee asked me to sign up for their rewards program, I said no thank you, so she stepped in and tried to push it on me. Seems like a toxic work environment and I'd hate to work for her.
The girl that served me was pleasant, fast and courteous, even when faced with a rude customer ahead of me. She knew exactly what I wanted with a customized sub. Prices have gone up a bit but just a sign of the times.
