McDonald's - Red Deer

I went to McDonald's but went through the drive through. The only issue was that it was busy. When I got my food, it was served hot and fresh and staff were very respectful. Great food as always.

Did drive thru. Was fast as it was not busy. Ordered the 'Great Canadian Taste Adventure' Quebec Bacon Cheese burger. As per the sign I asked for ketchup in the bag when I ordered. Service was fast. Drove home. No ketchup in bag and burger was greasy. Rest was all right but burger was sliding apart and crumbled bacon was falling out. Fairly typical McDonald's.

Ok. So we stopped at McDonald's on the way back to Calgary on Saturday. The food was hot and to order. As always the experience is what we expected. The food was good.The main issue is we hit this McDonald's after dark. It was about an hour after dark and they had not turned on the outside lights yet. It made it hard to actually see! The only reason why I'm not giving it a 5/5.

Great service they get way less orders wrong than say the one down town. There are really awesome guys in the drive thru. Gigs and Gil are awesome!! They always remember me!

Clean enough however food quality still real fast food which means not overly great. Staff pleasant enough however not planning on going back as have found far better to go to a food store and buy real food for same price spent
