We didn't notice a social distance, we had 3 tables pushed together with 10 seats... together. The only compliance was that the VLT screens had between them. Very disappointed by the wings and service, woman refuses to ever go back. Someone must warn Alberta Health with the non-conformity of Covid-19. The place is well sketched.
First and foremost, NONE of the staff wore masks that serve the public. The tables were designed for social distancing, but not with the patrons. As far as the Bouncer is concerned, he would never have known his phone was too important for him to notice even if a stop would happen! The service had a bad start with a booked table and they had others sitting on it. The waitress wanted to leave the unknown people with us, but was booked in advance for our 6 party. On the table at 8:15. First order was received as 8:20 drinks at 9:10. One of the drinks was wrong, but understandable could happen and waitress brought the right drink and the wrong one from the bill food was slow but it was busy, but the food came 10:00. Portion size was great, the burger was good, but much too heavy on the salt on the frits. the conversation was top notch and worth hearing all the other things Harpdog. The table cleaning person came to pick up the dishes No Mask . The place needs a facelift. The 70s left everything behind. Cieling tiles lack over the VLTs and a few other areas. The pot smell was fucking strong and almost thrown us up at times because idiots smoke at the front door and exhale this ****. Cigarette smoke was almost so bad, but it wasn't so bad at the POT. In the middle of the first set, one of the employees turned to the stereo, while the bad played and took about 3 minutes to turn it off. Even the band asked about the microphones to hear how they played. 2 Burger w/fries and 1 Pepsi was $46.00 (no Burger is worth) Overall rating would be a 0, but rating should be the following: Entertainment 5 /5 Cleanliness 1/5 Service 1/5 (and this is generous) Ambiente 0/5 (the 70s called and looking for a cleaning) Food quality 2.5/5 (just because of the amount of SALT) COVID 19 0/20 Nothing was practiced. No masks of servers or other employees, no wiping of the debit machine, no wiping of anything. This was our first time in Leah's Bar Grill. Entertainment is why we have gone, but we have to say we're never going to sit there again. The care for COVID 19 itself should have been reason enough for the closure. Also, so that POT are smoked in front of the door. I'm sorry for the bad evaluation, but if I know that before, I wouldn't have bothered myself, and in hell I'll never go back.
It looks foolish. From the outside view of the parking lot you do not expect an extensive menu and good food. We thought the back lounge was very dark. The front area was brighter and more inviting and had the pool table surrounded by high tablets and stools.
Service was extremely badly unfriendly waitress and very slow, she didn't seem to have any people skills rude and not just mean ... Food was good service was the worst I ever experienced!!!
Food is either awesome or lousy no middle ground. Bands tend to be the same. Surprisingly good karaoke night. themed events and food are cool, too bad you cant go with a couple of women and expect great service. male comes and joins the table...and service greatly improves. huge pet peeve considering how often my gf's drag me in there.
