Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - Red Deer

Ordered in for a large group and everyone loved itIt's not greasy, the ingredients were fresh, the dough tastes very nice.

We really like this placeThe kids fight over the corner crust piecesIt is that good.

I have always liked the deep dish location on stony plain road in Edmonton and was happy to have one close to my new home here.

If you like a thicker crust and lots of cheese...this is where to go to get an excellent takeout pizza...ready in 30 minutes!

I was a walk in , the male cook has maybe allergies, he bites nails, rubs nose, sniffles CONSTANTLY,staff constantly on computer at front not working, cleaning or keeping any sort of professionalism you would see more at a home front pizza party.This is a Family run business, so if conditions were unsanitary , who would complain, husband, wife brother? Pizza crust is made by male employee (same one with maybe allergies and a facebook addiction?), bread yeasty dough with stale OLD Flour dry flavour, Sauce was ground beef, mildest taste ever! Ground beef was questionable, was it beef ALL BEEF, why was it so soggy,soft, Salty water like wet and finely ground? Mozza cheese was NOT pizza mozza, once cooled hard and plastic texture, very cheap products ,very questionable made, 3 person staff including driver and Bubble TEA is seasonal ! yet they use frozen fruit and powder and ice for it..so lazy on that feature menu item. Something is wrong here..ingredients are not on menu or any place else for that matter. so Meat sauce beef Whatever that layer was. Will remain unknown. My opinion is GAG and Move on ..and for heaven sake just do the tea and pray the wife mixes it!
