Babs Southern Bistro - Red Bluff

Just a short drive away, you'll find a hidden gem that offers an authentic taste of the South. This restaurant serves exceptional Southern cuisine, beautifully presented. When the owner learned that I was from Louisiana, she generously brought out samples of nearly everything on the menu. The only thing lacking was the familiar aroma of community coffee brewing. Be sure to let the owner know that you're from the South and can handle a bit of spice, as she provides different heat levels for those who prefer milder dishes. I definitely plan to come back!
