Los Mariachis - Red Bluff

There are 4 vegetarian options on the menu. I ordered one and got the wrong article that was a queen. I then asked about the right article. I don't think it tastes vegan. I feel like there's chicken broth in the rice. Of course, can't be sure, but I don't think vegan requests are taken very seriously here, so be careful.

This is a jewel for those of us on the vegan side of life. You have a Vegi menu where you just have a cheese and there you have it. The taste is amazing and the staff is wonderful.

Service was good. Many vegetarian options and a vegan option that I remember (may have been more). I REALLY liked that the vegetarian/vegan options come with white rice. Obviously, they know that chicken broth in Mexican rice does not count as a vegetarian. No cheese on Enchiladas. So forget it. Don't get the bean dive. It's got Schmalz. This is the small town of Red Bluff. I was so glad to find this place!

Waitstaff was amazing as always. I don't know his name, but our waiter who has been there for years is my favorite and the other male waiter who has stopped checking in us and treated our bill was absolutely amazing. These guys are on top. They knew when our drinks were refilled and before we had to ask for boxes, he recognized it and they were there. Our food came out quickly. I sit in the line in Taco Bells drive longer through every single visit, then we waited here for our food. As a previous server yourself, you can not ask for better service then from these two guys especially and Los Mariachis as a whole.
