Applebee's Grill And Red Bluff

I had an excellent experience with the service! This was the best dining service I've had in a long time. You can really tell that all the staff genuinely care about their jobs, which makes a significant difference as a customer. Thank you!

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you can! The staff seemed uninformed about their menu, and the bar had run out of several items. I overheard other customers mentioning that many items were low in stock as well. I ordered the ribeye, which arrived at the table with a gray color and no sear at all. It was supposed to be medium rare, but it was uniformly gray throughout. My dining companions suggested I send it back, as I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Additionally, the ribeye appeared smaller than my wife's sirloin. This restaurant seems to take advantage of passing travelers, which is a shame because it really goes against the spirit of Applebee's.

My son ordered a classic cheeseburger, which is usually hard to mess up, but he didn't like it at all, stating that it just didn't taste right. My daughter chose a kid's cheese pizza, which was burnt, and she barely ate a slice. My spouse ordered steak and potatoes, but found the steak tough to chew and said the potatoes tasted spoiled, almost like rotten yogurt. I asked the server to place another order of wings since I couldn’t eat the ones I had. He gave me the check, which I paid in full along with a tip. He claimed he had put in the order for the wings, but after waiting another 25 minutes with no sign of them, I decided to leave. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Waitress was nice and friendly, but our food was the worst I've ever had in my life. For a $25 ribeye meal, the mashed potatoes are out of a box, and the ribeye looked like a uncooked porkchop. Wait time was just under a hour after ordering.

Terrible service. Ordered Parmasan steak and shrimp. Get my shrimp in a to go bag at end of meal. Ordered steak medium well. Got raw. I got my appitizer after I asked for it from the greeter. After 20 minutes.There is more but I will spare you.
