My heart goes out to the kids scrambling behind the counter to appease customers with screwed up orders because DOOR DASH SUCKS!! I got a text message saying your order should arrive 6:19. Didnt show. Called the in the text , guy picks up after i get done talking he says i i speak Russian,can you speak Russian? Yeah Pissed me right off! Order finally delivered WRONG. They remade our order and we picked up. Place was super busy WITH MANY PEOPLE WITH MESSED UP ORDERS COMING IN. GET RID OF DOOR DASH..GO PICK UP ONLY. CUSTOMERS AND YOUR STAFF WILL THANK U!

I ordered a pizza with only veggies on it and asked them to Clean Cut. I found a piece of meat of unknown origina in my pizza while eating it. It wasn't even that there was a mistake made on my order because it was just one piece of meat. I can only assume that something from the meat container accidentally fell into the veggies container and then that ended up on my pizza. This is not good for dietary restrictions and honestly it's a food safety/allergen hazard altogether. I have no idea how this place is still open but I will never be ordering from here ever again. Delivery service no good. DoorDash sucks they forgot my order I received two items out of four Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is a place we have been visiting for more than 20 years. When the complex had a lot of other business running, the atmosphere was great. But now, a lot of business wound up, and it became more depressing after covid. Even though the place continues to thrive, the excitement we used to have dining-in, hot pizzas, breadsticks, etc. Is all gone now. To make it worse, the lights on the parking lot do not work, plunging the whole business in the dark. Now our visits became occasional. Still, the quality is the same. I have seen many people come and go, some good and some bad ones, who speak down on visitors. I would say that Pizza Hut corporate should take steps to make the environment back to what it was in 2016. Parking: Lot of oarking available, but it will always be dark, as there are no parking lot lights. But still the place is safe, even though it looks creepy.
