Nearly been going here a few times a month since I moved here in 2016. Friendly owners always welcoming. I wish the app was better but that is more of a corporate issue.

Amazing service! The store was spotless, staff member was so nice and made great recommendations. Absolutely a pleasure coming in.

So I used the app for the first time ever and I accidentally picked the 20oz cup instead of the 32oz. When I arrived at the store I kindly explained that I accidentally picked the wrong size and if I could have the size that I originally wanted. I was met with a rude attitude and was told “next time be sure to pick the right size.” I find this behavior unacceptable and I was greatly offended.

The product was great, getting it was another story. 2 of 3 people working. One cleaning and one doing online orders but one girl just stood behind the counter on her phone while my smoothie was sitting in the blender melting for several minutes. Customer service needs improvement.
