TGI FRIDAYS - Raleigh

Worst Christmas Dinner ever. Only had 3 waiting personnel for the whole place. Mgr was cooking and cleaning tables were not there in 10 years of sand, it can be another 10 years. They just had to tell us that they can't help us at dinner after we made a reservation. That would have been better than waiting for 20 minutes after we sat to take an order and 50 minutes more for a cheeseburger and burned onion rings. A salad and soup. all terrible

That's the worst Friday I saw all over the world! The ghetto that distinguishes itself. No greeting when you enter, hardly accept Ur himself there without making them aware of it. No dress code. Very unprofessional even the manager! 1/2 of the tables were present and they refused to let me sit down and say the waiters were now busy, but there were 3 people working on the door! Never go to Wake Forest Road Friday, Raleigh! Total nightmare!

We visited this restaurant for our birthday. Happy times right? Not so much. There was a lack of service. After we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be welcomed by our waitress, we asked another waitress for help. She said she would let him know. Another waitress finally came and said she would only take our drinks orders. We ordered appetizers; but the Entree came within 3 5 minutes of the appetizer. There were dirty tables around and people frustrated in the waiting zone. I made a picture of unbelief. The waitresses were not willing to help when asked for help. A waitress came in, kicked in and stood on the stand of the hostess who cried about 10 minutes. Our table was 2 tables in front of the booth. It made our meals uncomfortable. Needless to say, the overall service and the lack of effort was a deal breaker for us. Our server was nice, but overwhelmed. We visited this facility a few months ago and received a similar service, but hoped that it was a fuke and decided to give it another attempt. Of course, our previous experience was on the point. Next time we take the trip to Din in another place in another city. This facility shall be closely monitored by the upper management; not from the services during our visit.

Great experience! Managers very helpful and delivered the excellent customer service experience. Eating is always good! Rewards program is great. Go to TGI Friday!

Had the best ribs and shrimp! My waiter was very attentive to our table and our service was awesome. Food came in a timely manner and we enjoyed our Friday dinner.
