Taco Bell - Raleigh

The Big Beef Burrito is a great value, but unfortunately, the service here is consistently slow, averaging 8 to 10 minutes whether you're ordering inside or at the drive-thru. The last time I visited, it felt like the cashier was completely unfamiliar with the menu items I was trying to order. I really wish they'd bring back the chili cheese burrito! The XXL burrito is excellent, though! It's unfortunate that the quality of the drive-thru has declined over the past year. Always double-check your bag, as they may charge you for something that's missing; today I ordered two churros but ended up with none.

What a ghetto. I will never step foot in this place ever again. The workers at the front and back were yelling and cursing at each other until a customer (black) started yelling at them. He told them that they aught to be ashamed of themselves, customers are there to just pick up their food and go and not be embroiled with their shenanigans. Never again!

Service is terrible Pay the extra five dollars to get my quesadilla double pressed they still didn't do it and I waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla ambience is terrible. Drink machine is filthy floor, dirty, and sticky attitude of the workers is terrible and again I always tip at fast food joints gave an extra five dollars to get my quesadilla double press they still didn't do it.

Every worst-case scenario seems to happen here. I feel for the employees; they might not be paid enough or there could be too few staff members. The same issues arise consistently, and it makes me think this place should just close down if they can't manage to get the orders out.

Amazing service and tacos were delicious. I had previously came with bad service from another taco bell in the area. This one redeem them all. I was treated with respect and care by the customer service staff.
