Slice Of New York Pizza - Raleigh

Love this place! Never had anything from here, that was not fantastic.The calamari, the eggplant, the pizza...ALL GREAT!Reallt like the sauce!

Bad customer service consistent with the preparation of incorrect submissions answering them to the owner: incorrect - I was never offered to pay for additional toppings. I asked and asked to call slice directly. Once I spoke to them, they never realized that my online order was wrong. they just said. to handle it in the restaurant. I got the voicemail. I didn't recognize. I didn't go back and forth over a pizza! it's just the customer service. the young lady who has other bad critikens is rude and disrespectful. no one from their restaurant tried to correct the mistake. they have pointed me to slice slice slice that I have all returned. my email correspondence with slice has specified my correct order. so if I decide to return. I'll order face to face. but I doubt I will. that is my third negative interaction with her personal. I can apply other restaurants in the opposite without the hassle. good day!

That is the worst food I had in a dae! ordered aubergine palm, steak and cheese sandwiches and chicken strips some fries. the pommes were the only thing that was edible. if they cannot serve at least half the right eggplant parm sandwiches, they do not interfere. would we have probably just gone to the frozen food department at food lion and made ourselves?

Normally I love this place, but I think for now on im only going to allow the young man to help me. I just had a lady give me my order (with a scar by her eye) and she was so rude. They didn't give me my drink when I ordered a combo. She told me I had to pay an extra $3 for one. After spending already $30 with them. She went to get my order, and decided she would just chat to the young guy making the pizza instead. When my order was ready for at least 10 minutes already. Good help is hard to find, but if the boss is reading this, make sure you keep that young man with the beard who takes orders. He will be the only reason I will be returning.

Ordered online and went to pick up the order. Never received a notification that my food was ready. Went inside and my slices were ready to pick up. Very unassuming looking pizza but overall pretty good in taste. Would go here again.
