Shane's Rib Shack - Raleigh

There has been some obvious menu item changes. The collard greens and green beans were removed from the menu. The peach cobbler was all cobbler, no peach! The grilled half chicken barely looked cooked thru. I brought out of town family from Chicago to experience the great foods Shane 's used to offer and we all left disappointed. Please bring back the greens and green beans and grill the meat to completion.

Register girl has no sense of urgency. tables were sticky, only one toilet and it was occupied with a waiting line I couldn't wash my hands, tried the hand sanitizer but it didn't work, had to rub ice cubes in my hands to wash them. food was good.Food: 4/5

Love the BBQ, especially the Big Dad sandwich (large portion of BBQ); very tasty! And the peach cobbler is excellent.

Shane’s rib shack I thought this food was going to be mouth watering and splendid but instead I tasted the most bland unseasoned undercooked food I have ever had in my life. You guys should take the rib shack out of your name because you guys are a disgrace to ribs. Do me a favor and never touch soul food again thank you so much!!!!Food: 1/5
