I love panera bread. they offer such unique menu points. I like her suppen and sandwiches as well as all her sweet menu elements. a good cup coffee and one of their sweet tasty and they are good to go. a1a down.
9:30 a.m. in the morning and they are made of 3/4 hot coffees and have not even worked on it until I let them know. then I waited and got my coffee while I waited for milk (the half was empty), a worker who entered me and didn't enjoy my coffee spilling on me.
Terrible customer service from the manager. I had a baby in the car. Ordered curb side. Waited over 10min for someone to bring order out. Never came. Walked in my order was just sitting on the counter. No coffee with it. I asked to speak to the manager for the wait and incomplete order. She told a staff to fix the coffee and walked off! How rude!
Maggie is incredibly unprofessional and rude to doordash drivers. I had to accept an order and she didn't fully give it to me before telling me how to use the app and when I called her to ask her to not to just let people do their job and that they have to accept both orders before they hit anything on the app she started talking over me and yelling at me. Really freaking unprofessional and I'm not going to be servicing this location again. RUDE
